Bachelor of Science - Communication Studies

As University of Central Missouri Communication Studies majors, students will examine messages in human relationships, organizations, cultures and social institutions, and apply this knowledge to create meaningful interactions in a growing media-rich world. In the Communication Studies program, they will develop skills that will enable them to succeed in their professional and personal life: collaborative problem-solving, critical thinking, persuasion, presentational skills, relationship building, research, strategic leadership and writing are just some of the tools for life that students will acquire and hone.
