2. Service Description
2.1. What is Enrola
Enrola is a platform for selecting universities and educational programs abroad. The platform uses artificial intelligence technologies and scientifically based methodology (RIASEC) for personalized recommendations in Uzbek, Russian, and English.
2.2. Our services include:
- Selection of universities and programs based on your profile
- Testing of career interests and personal qualities (RIASEC)
- Information about admission requirements, tuition fees, and deadlines
- Assistance in preparing and submitting documents
- Free visa requirements checker for any country (visa type, documents, processing times, fees)
- UK Visa Compliance Engine — automated document and financial evidence analysis using specialized AI agents, generating a UKVI compliance report
- Individual visa application support from our team
- Information support at all stages
2.3. Important Limitations
Enrola is an information and consulting service. We provide information, recommendations, and assistance in submitting documents, but:
- We do not guarantee admission to the university
- We do not guarantee obtaining a visa
- We do not guarantee receiving a scholarship or financial aid
- Final decisions on enrollment are made by universities
- Decisions on visa issuance are made by the relevant government bodies
The Visa Compliance Engine analyzes your documents and data against official UKVI immigration rules using specialized AI agents and automatic document recognition (OCR). Assessment results are advisory in nature and do not constitute legal advice. For complex immigration situations, we recommend consulting a licensed immigration adviser (OISC-registered adviser or solicitor).
UKVI immigration rules are updated periodically. We make reasonable efforts to keep the rules in our system up to date, however we do not guarantee that the data on the platform reflects the latest changes in real time. We recommend verifying key parameters (financial thresholds, country lists, document requirements) with the primary source at GOV.UK, as well as with your university's international office.
3. Registration and Account
3.1. User Requirements
The Platform is intended for users aged 16 and over. Users under 18 are recommended to use the Platform with the knowledge of parents or legal guardians.
3.2. Your obligations during registration
When registering and using the Platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about yourself
- Timely update your profile data
- Ensure confidentiality of account access data
- Immediately notify us of unauthorized access to the account
- Use only one account
3.3. Document Authenticity
You bear full responsibility for the authenticity of uploaded documents (passport, diplomas, certificates). Providing fake or unreliable documents is grounds for immediate termination of services and may entail legal liability.
4. Rules of Use
4.1. Permitted Use
You may use the Platform for:
- Searching and comparing educational programs
- Taking tests for specialty selection
- Getting information about universities and requirements
- Submitting applications to universities through our service
- Getting consultations on visa issues
4.2. Prohibited Use
When using the Platform, it is prohibited to:
- Provide false information or fake documents
- Create multiple accounts
- Use the Platform on behalf of another person without their consent
- Copy, distribute, or use Platform content for commercial purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Platform systems
- Use automated means for data collection (parsing, scraping)
- Post malicious software
- Violate intellectual property rights
5. Cost, Payments and Refunds
5.1. Free Services
The following services are provided free of charge:
- Selection of universities and programs
- RIASEC testing and career interests
- Basic information about programs and requirements
- Consultations via chatbot
- Visa requirements checker for any country
- Step-by-step wizard and document upload for UK visa compliance check (preliminary compliance status)
5.2. Paid Services
Paid services include: the full visa compliance report with detailed recommendations, category scores, and UKVI provision references (one-time payment); and individual visa application support from our team. The cost and payment terms are clearly indicated before such services are provided, and payment is made only after your explicit consent. We may introduce additional paid services from time to time; the description, price, and terms of each will be shown before purchase, and these Terms and the refund provisions below apply to them.
5.3. Commissions from Universities
We may receive commissions from universities upon student enrollment. This is standard practice in the industry and does not affect the cost of education for you. See more in the Privacy Policy.
5.4. Payment methods and delivery
All payments for Enrola services are one-time. Payments are processed by our payment providers — Payme for payments in Uzbek so'm (UZS) and Stripe for international cards. Enrola does not receive or store your full bank-card details; card data is handled solely by the payment provider under its security standards. Paid digital services are delivered immediately after successful payment — your visa compliance report is generated and made available in your account. Services delivered by our team (such as individual support) begin within the timeframe stated at purchase.
5.5. Service guarantee
We guarantee delivery of the specific digital service you pay for (for example, generation of your visa compliance report). This is a guarantee of service delivery only — it is not a guarantee of any visa, admission, or scholarship outcome, which is decided solely by the relevant authorities.
5.6. Refunds and cancellation
The following refund terms apply to paid services on Enrola:
- Before delivery — if you have paid but the service has not yet been generated or used, you may request a full refund.
- If we fail to deliver or the service is defective — if, through a fault on our side, the service is not delivered, cannot be re-delivered, or is materially defective (for example, the report is not generated or is corrupted), you are entitled to a full refund or, at your choice, re-delivery.
- After a digital service is delivered — because the visa compliance report is delivered and used immediately, once it has been generated and made available in your account it is non-refundable, except where the two points above apply or where mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
- Services delivered by our team — for individual support, you may cancel before the work is completed and receive a pro-rata refund for the portion not yet provided.
- Refund window — refund requests must be made within 14 calendar days of payment.
- How to request — email [email protected] with your account email and proof of payment. We respond within 10 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (Payme or Stripe, depending on how you paid); the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or provider.
- Your statutory rights — nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence (for residents of Uzbekistan, including the Law "On Protection of Consumers' Rights" and the Law "On Electronic Commerce").
5.7. Exchange
Digital services are not subject to exchange; the remedies above (refund or re-delivery) apply instead.

We do not use your documents for other purposes without your consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Informational Nature of Service
Information on the Platform is for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to maintain data relevance, but do not guarantee its completeness, accuracy, or timeliness. University requirements and visa rules may change.

7.3. Maximum Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of the Company for any claims related to the use of the Platform is limited to the amount actually paid by you for paid services in the last 12 months, or 100 US dollars, whichever is greater.
8. Termination of Use
8.1. Your Right to Terminate
You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time by sending a request to [email protected].
8.2. Our Right to Terminate
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform in case of:
- Violation of these Terms
- Providing false information or fake documents

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means your consent to the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1. Governing Law

10.2. Dispute Resolution

If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it may be referred to: (i) the competent court in Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan, where the User is resident in Uzbekistan; or (ii) the competent court in London, United Kingdom, for all other Users.
10.3. Consumer Rights

These Terms together with the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Platform.
11.2. Severability
