2. Our services
2.1 What Enrola is
Enrola helps you choose universities and programmes abroad. It uses artificial intelligence and a scientifically based method (RIASEC) to give personal recommendations in Uzbek, Russian and English.
2.2 What we offer
- University and programme recommendations based on your profile
- A career interest and personality test (RIASEC)
- Information on admission requirements, tuition fees and deadlines
- Help preparing and submitting documents
- A free visa requirements checker for any country (visa type, documents, processing times, fees)
- Support at every stage
2.3 Important limitations
Enrola is an information and guidance service. We give information, recommendations and help with applications, but:
- we do not guarantee admission to a university
- we do not guarantee a visa
- we do not guarantee a scholarship or financial aid
- universities make admission decisions
- government bodies make visa decisions
Some features use artificial intelligence. AI results can be wrong and are guidance only, not legal or immigration advice. Please check them before relying on them.
For visa and immigration questions, rely on official sources such as GOV.UK, your university's international office, or a licensed immigration adviser (an IAA-regulated adviser or a solicitor). UK visa rules change from time to time. We work to keep our information current but cannot guarantee it reflects the latest changes, so please check key details (financial requirements, country lists, document requirements) on GOV.UK and with your university.

By uploading documents and information, you allow us to use them only to provide our services: programme recommendations, application submission, and document analysis using OCR and AI. For AI features, the text needed is processed by our AI provider, OpenAI, in the United States. OpenAI does not use it to train its models and may keep it for up to 30 days to detect abuse. We do not use your documents for anything else without your consent.

We will first try to settle any dispute by talking. If that fails within 30 days, it may go to the competent court in Tashkent for users resident in Uzbekistan, or the competent court in London, United Kingdom, for everyone else.
10.3 Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms limits your legal rights as a consumer in your country.
