2.1. What is Enrola
Enrola is a platform for selecting universities and educational programs abroad. The platform uses artificial intelligence technologies and scientifically based methodology (RIASEC) for personalized recommendations in Uzbek, Russian, and English.
2.2. Our services include:
- Selection of universities and programs based on your profile
- Testing of career interests and personal qualities (RIASEC)
- Information about admission requirements, tuition fees, and deadlines
- Assistance in preparing and submitting documents
- Assistance in preparing visa documents
- Information support at all stages
2.3. Important Limitations
Enrola is an information and consulting service. We provide information, recommendations, and assistance in submitting documents, but:
- We do not guarantee admission to the university
- We do not guarantee obtaining a visa
- We do not guarantee receiving a scholarship or financial aid
- Final decisions on enrollment are made by universities
- Decisions on visa issuance are made by the relevant government bodies
3. Registration and Account
3.1. User Requirements
The Platform is intended for users aged 16 and over. Users under 18 are recommended to use the Platform with the knowledge of parents or legal guardians.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Platform, including design, logos, texts, databases, program code, algorithms, and RIASEC testing methodology, belong to the Company or its licensors. Use of any Platform materials without written permission is prohibited.

By uploading documents and information to the Platform, you grant us the right to use these materials solely for providing services (program selection, application submission, visa preparation). We do not use your documents for other purposes without your consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Informational Nature of Service
Information on the Platform is for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to maintain data relevance, but do not guarantee its completeness, accuracy, or timeliness. University requirements and visa rules may change.
7.2. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for:
- University decisions to refuse enrollment
- Government body decisions to refuse a visa
- Changes in university requirements or visa rules
- Actions of third parties (universities, embassies, partners)
- Losses arising from providing inaccurate information by you
- Technical failures beyond our control
7.3. Maximum Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of the Company for any claims related to the use of the Platform is limited to the amount actually paid by you for paid services in the last 12 months, or 100 US dollars, whichever is greater.
